Upgraded MPHW Pump Sets with Mechanical Seal Flush System.

Year on year our client would experience costly MPHW pump set seal failures across its six assets due to excessive temperature ranges at the seal face.  MCIS was asked if we could provide and deliver  a solution to prevent this.  

The challenge was accepted and our technical team set about the task.  MCIS was able to not only deliver a solution to meet strict budget demands but deliver it on time whilst maintaining operations and in the limited space available.

The solution was a cold water seal face flush system and to date all six assets have not had a seal failure allowing our client to redirect budgetary monies to other vital areas of their business.
