New Software Operating System

To ensure we continue to deliver a customer orientated service, MCIS have implemented a new software operating system. 

The implementation of this system will allow our workflow processes to be fully automated which enables our customers to receive live job updates and offer live reporting status of their work and/or projects.  

Our team of onsite engineers will be equipped with a mobile version allowing real time updates of jobs to meet the ever changing demands and dynamic environments ensuring requirements are never missed or overlooked.  

This live system will not only provide efficient working and communication, but will also allow MCIS to reduce the administration costs, enabling us to pass the savings directly onto our customers.
